In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as a cancellation of services for the next service period.

Return Or Exchange (Inside INDIA):
If you are not happy with the Product, we shalt refund your money No Questions Asked…
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone since your order delivery & you have not initiated the refund/Exchange request, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of the Return or Exchange request from you, we shall arrange for the reverse pick up & you will have to return the Product in the original package with the Invoice, Tag & Stickers intact. Return Shipping cost will be Borne by our Company.
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
2. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, & credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Upon receipt of the original product, we shall dispatch the Exchange product on the same day of Receipt or on the Next day. ALL SHIPPING COST WILL BE BORN BY OUR COMPANY.
